About This Course

The aim of this unit is to provide learners with the ability to understand and analyze the impact of internal and external environmental forces on organizational strategy and management of people. Also, to enable the learner to analyze a range of organizational contexts and how they develop ways to respond to such environmental forces and the role of HR professionals in contributing to it.

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Should be at least 22 years of age

  • A minimum work experience of 5 years
