About This Course

This unit aims to analyse Human Resource Management (HRM) policies and practices in contemporary organisations in areas of human resource planning, recruitment of employees, training & development, performance management, remuneration & benefits and assessing the effectiveness of HRM. Diversity, ethics, sustainable HRM, and legal considerations are also explored.
