This unit aims to offer learners an insight into Strategic Management & Planning and different tools & frameworks that aid the same. A clearly defined strategic direction is essential for any organisation to ensure seamless continuity and long-term growth.

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Should be at least 22 years of age

  • A minimum work experience of 5 years

  • Be able to critically analyse the strategic position of an organisation by using frameworks such as SWOT, PEST & PESTEL.

  • Be able to develop structured and well-formulated roadmaps for organisational continuity & growth; evaluate their eventual outcomes.
