About This Course

This unit aims to equip learners with the fundamental methodologies, modelling & analytical techniques for the design and implementation of projects across a wide range of sectors. The unit will help to derive an understanding of how effective Project Management contributes to organisational success.

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Should be at least 22 years of age

  • A minimum work experience of 5 years

  • Understand principles, concepts, and theory of Project Management.
  • Be able to critically analyse complex problems to propose project-based solutions.
  • Be able to demonstrate critical awareness of the different steps of the Project Management process from conception to completion.
  • Be able to demonstrate competence to handle complex projects involving multidisciplinary stakeholders under conditions of uncertainty & change.
